Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are attendees of the Dental Fest 2025 on October 29th, 2024. Employees of First Response Tech and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted online starting at 4:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024. All online entries must be received within this time frame.
- How to Enter: Participants must complete the registration form accessed via the QR code provided at the trade show. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Prize: ONE grand prize of an ASUS Vivobook Go 15 OLED Laptop (15-16″) with a Transpire™ Compact Backpack (Black), and FOUR Escape Platinum Bluetooth Wireless Speakers. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
- Selection Process: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of First Response Tech.
- Notification Method: The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided within 3 business days following the selection.
- Response Time: The winner must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize.
- Prize Claim:
- Pickup Location: First Response Tech, 32 East Lake Green NE, Airdrie, AB T4A 2J2.
- Pickup Dates and Times: November 4th to 8th, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Identification: Valid identification may be required to claim the prize.
- Forfeiture: If the prize is not claimed within the specified dates, it will be forfeited.
- Consent:
- By entering this promotion, you agree to receive marketing communications from First Response Tech.
- Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
- Limitation of Liability:
- First Response Tech is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in entries not being received or being lost or damaged.
- By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless First Response Tech from any liability related to this promotion.
- Disqualification:
- We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
- Modification and Termination:
- First Response Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.

- Governing Law:
- This promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
